MATRIX presentation

On june 16, Afonso Biscaia (ICS-UL) presented "Anti-elitism and perceptions of science: A complex relation moderated by media use?" at the 75th International Communication Association Annual Conference, in Denver, Colorado, USA. The presentation was included in the "Political Media Use" panel, and used data from MATRIX's first survey to explore the connection between anti-elitism, media use, and negativer perceptions of science. The presentation focused on work developed in co-authorship with Susana Salgado (ICS-UL), Rosa Berganza (Universidad Rey Juan Carlos), e Cícero R. Pereira (ICS-UL).
